TAHRA Membership Application

2011 Affiliate Membership Dues are $125 annually for any agency, individual, corporation, company or other organization interested in the purposes and activities of the Association. 

To become a TAHRA Affiliate Member please do the following:

• Print form
• Complete form with all available information
• Mail completed form with payment to:
