Morristown HA Completes Certified Renovators Course

The Maintenance Staff at Morristown Housing Authority (MHA) recently completed the course for Certified Renovators. This course teaches maintenance staff members how to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP), the HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, and how to perform lead-safe practices safely and effectively.

This certification allows MHA maintenance staff to be proactive and effective in making sure their units are safe for residents and visitors.

The course was presented by Jamie Hayes from ProActice Safety Services of Cincinnati, Oh.
