Jackson Housing Authority resident commissioner passes away

Commissioner Earline Moore passed away on October 21, 2013.  She had been the Jackson Housing Authority's resident commissioner since October 2000. 

Services will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at the New St. Luke Baptist Church in Jackson, and burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  Visitation will begin Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home.
