The Franklin Housing Authority is seeking a Finance Manager. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in accounting plus 3 years' experience in computerized accounting that includes auditing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or payroll or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
