TAHRA adds a UPCS training seminar

TAHRA is pleased to offer a one day UPCS training seminar at the Murfreesboro Housing Authority on July 29.    

The training will include an overview of the UPCS coupled with in-depth study of the most critical inspectable areas. The training will be led by U.S. Inspection Group and they will use hundreds of actual photos to educate you on what to look for when entering every apartment. The training will include an in-depth review of the UPCS protocol coupled with a detailed study of each inspectable area including point values for every defect. A detailed single sheet checklist will be developed that can be used by maintenance personnel when entering any unit to aid in locating and alleviating defects according to UPCS through the entire year.
