Job Announcement:  Receptionist/Clerk - Harriman Housing Authority

This is a highly responsible technical and administrative work assisting with the coordination of housing intake and related central leasing office operations. 

Activities associated with the job include answering incoming calls, routing calls to the appropriate staff, and responding to inquiries and requests for assistance from the public.  Additional duties include assisting with preparing a variety of documents, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining program related files and supporting documentation. 

The incumbent also assists with processing and entering initial housing applications and scheduling and gathering information for any upcoming recertifications, along with entering and completing work orders.  It is most important that the new team member will be willing to be a team player and willing to help where needed.
