TAHRA Home
Founded in 1939, the Tennessee Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (TAHRA) is a non-profit membership association whose mission is to be the premier organization providing assistance and support to Tennessee public and affordable housing agencies. TAHRA advocates for additional housing resources, public support for affordable housing, and maintaining the highest ethical standards by our members.
Our agency membership includes city and county housing authorities in the state of Tennessee. Our affiliate members include organizations who are interested in the Association's purposes and activities.

FAIR HOUSING AND REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION TRAINING: MAY 30-31, 2012
This training is a comprehensive overview of all essential federal fair housing laws relevant to public housing and HCV program operations. Training led by Becky Gilgo.
A small block of rooms has been contracted with Embassy Suites Hotel, 1200 Conference Center Blvd., Mufreesboro, for this workshop. You may make reservations by calling 615.890.4464 and identifying yourself as a member of TAHRA. The contracted rate is $109. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY THURSDAY, MAY 25. If you have already made a reservation you may call the hotel and ask that your reservation be placed in the room block at this rate.
