Section 8 Housing Manager - Etowah Housing Authority

We are in need of a Section 8 Housing Manager at the Etowah Housing Authority. 

Duties include:

• Renting Section 8 Properties
• Certifying qualified applicants
• Doing property inspections
• Writing landlord checks
• Doing reports for the Executive Director
• Backing up the Public Housing Manager

40 hour work week, no weekends. 

Our benefits include paid vacation, sick, and holiday time, medical, dental, vision after 60 days paid for the employee, and 401K after 90 days.
